Shou Mei White Tea (寿眉 – "Long Life Eyebrows") – Pressed White Tea Cake (300g)

This tea undergoes virtually no heat processing during production, preserving its natural vitamins and trace elements. Shou Mei is harvested later than Bai Mu Dan, which gives it a darker leaf color while maintaining a uniform appearance.

Some varieties may contain a higher proportion of red and dark leaves, resulting in a deeper infusion color.

Shou Mei has a bright, intense flavor, even compared to other white teas. The dry leaves have an aroma reminiscent of autumn foliage. The infusion is clear with a yellow hue. The flavor bouquet is fresh, light, and floral, with herbal notes, raspberry leaf, and green apple. The taste is delicate, juicy, soothing, sweet, with mild acidity and subtle spice nuances. The aroma is fresh and floral, with a pleasant, refreshing aftertaste.

Net weight: 25g – 300g

Brewing: 3–5 g of tea, 100–150 ml of water at 90–100°C. Minimum infusions: 7–9 times.

Best brewed in: mug with infuser and lid, teapot, gaiwan, or glass
