Lao Bai Mu Dan White Tea (2018) – the name translates to "White Peony." This tea consists of one bud and two small leaves, picked in early spring. The leaves are covered with a soft white fuzz on one side and are smooth and deep green on the other. Traditionally, the harvest takes place between March 15 and April 10, only during dry weather.
Thanks to several years of aging, this tea develops a deeper character with distinct notes of honey, nuts, and noble wood.
The flavor offers nuances of oak, walnut, and vanilla, while the infusion has a warm apricot jam or pale golden hue. The aroma is delicate, and the taste is smooth, fresh, and sweet, without bitterness.
Lao Bai Mu Dan is a light, harmonious tea – perfect for quiet moments and thoughtful reflection.
