Shu Pu-Erh Gong Ting (Classic) - a classic dark Pu-Erh tea from Yunnan Province, China — a region renowned for its fine Pu-Erh production. Made from small Gong Ting grade leaves, which give the infusion depth, smooth texture, and balance.
The liquor has a deep, rich color and an earthy aroma with notes of wood and sweet plum. The taste is soft, well-balanced, and long-lasting — a true example of a well-crafted Shu Pu-Erh.
Net weight: 25–100 g
Brewing: Use 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–100°C. Can be infused 4–5 times. Before brewing, briefly rinse the leaves with boiling water to awaken their aroma.
Best brewed in: cup with infuser and lid, teapot, gaiwan, glass, or small kettle (0.5 L).
