Shu Pu-Erh Simao - tightly compressed Pu-Erh tea leaves in brick form from the Simao region of Yunnan Province, China.
The tea produces a dark ruby-black infusion with a smooth, nutty flavor reminiscent of walnuts, complemented by a subtle tea-like astringency. The texture is rich and slightly oily, offering a deep, satisfying mouthfeel typical of high-quality Shu Pu-Erh.
Net weight: 50–100 g
Brewing: Use 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–100°C. Can be infused 6–8 times. Before brewing, rinse the leaves briefly with boiling water to awaken their aroma.
Best brewed in: mug with infuser and lid, teapot, gaiwan, glass, or small kettle (0.5 L).
