Shu Pu-Erh Tea – Old Aroma (Brick) – tightly compressed pu-erh tea leaves in a brick form. The infusion has a dark ruby-black color and a distinctly nutty flavor, reminiscent of walnut, balanced with a touch of tea-like astringency. Thick, oily texture with a bold and expressive character.
Net weight: 50–100 g
Brewing method: 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–100°C. Suitable for multiple infusions – at least 6–8 times. Before the first brew, rinse the leaves with boiling water and discard the rinse to awaken the tea.
Best brewed in: a mug with strainer and lid, teapot, gaiwan, glass, or by simmering in a 0.5-liter teapot
