Sheng Pu-Erh Jiang Xin Zhi Cha, 357 g (2021)
Sheng Pu-Erh Jiang Xin Zhi Cha is a traditionally compressed tea cake weighing 357 g, originating from the southern part of Yunnan Province — a region renowned for its classic Pu-Erh production.
The tea is sun-dried in the traditional way, without accelerated oven drying, allowing the leaves to retain their natural aroma and character. The large, handpicked leaves have a subtle, fresh fragrance typical of high-quality young sheng pu-erh.
The infusion is bright, expressive, and lively. Its flavour combines a strong, sweet base with delicate fruity notes. The aftertaste remains light, fresh, floral, and gently sweet, lingering pleasantly on the palate.
Net weight: 50–357 g
Brewing: Use 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 95–100°C. Can be infused 4–5 times. Before the first infusion, briefly rinse the leaves with hot water to awaken their aroma.
Best brewed in: a cup with infuser and lid, teapot, or gaiwan.
Harvest: 2021
Origin: Yunnan Province, China
