Alishan Oolong (Premium)

Alishan Oolong is a high-mountain Taiwanese tea grown in the Alishan region of Nantou County, at an elevation of around 1300 meters above sea level. The altitude contributes to the tea’s exceptional freshness, depth and refined character — qualities highly valued in Taiwan’s famous high-mountain oolongs (gaoshan).

The dry leaves are tightly rolled into elegant green pearls. The infusion is bright and clear, with a delicate natural sweetness. The flavour is smooth, fresh and well-balanced, offering a long, gently sweet finish typical of Alishan teas.

This is one of Taiwan’s most beloved oolong styles, known for its clean, floral profile and high-elevation purity.

Net weight: 25–50 g

Brewing: Use 8 g of tea per 100–150 ml of water at 85–95°C. Suitable for 7–8 infusions.

Best brewed in: gaiwan or a small teapot.
