The name Gao Shan means “high mountain” and refers to teas cultivated above 1000 m, where cool temperatures and misty conditions contribute to the leaves’ exceptional aroma and complexity.

This oolong is crafted with care - young tea leaves are hand-picked, lightly oxidized, and rolled into compact green pearls. The infusion reveals a clear, light-colored liquor with a delicate, lingering sweetness and soft floral-vegetal aroma.

Gao Shan ceremonial is a well-balanced, harmonious tea - perfect for mindful brewing, quiet moments, and daily rituals. Its light character and refined taste make it a favorite among tea connoisseurs seeking elegance and subtle depth.

Net weight:

Brewing suggestion: 4–5 g of tea per 100–150 ml of water at 85–95°C. Steep up to 7–8 times.
