Shui Xian is an exceptionally aromatic tea, with a bold fragrance and a well-balanced, harmonious flavor. The taste profile reveals sour and sweet notes, hints of cherry and apple, along with gentle traces of smoke and pine forest.
The infusion is clear and dark yellow in color. In China, Shui Xian is steeped in tradition and often enjoyed during quiet moments or as part of daily tea rituals.

Brewing method: 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–100°C. Can be steeped 5–6 times.
