Ku Gua (Dried Bitter Melon) – Momordica charantia L. is a plant from the gourd family, native to tropical and subtropical regions.

In China, it is valued as an ingredient in infusions known for their distinct, bitter taste. Naturally contains vitamins and minerals such as choline, vitamins K, C, B9, A, and elements like potassium, sodium, magnesium, and calcium.

Brewing method: 4 pieces per 200 ml of water (90–100°C). Suitable for multiple infusions (at least 6 times).
