Organic Matcha Green Tea from Fujian

This organic Chinese matcha comes from the Fuding area in Fujian Province, a region known for producing high-quality green teas. It is a finely ground tea powder made exclusively from selected leaves harvested on certified organic tea gardens.

After harvesting and drying, the leaves are slowly ground in traditional stone mills, creating a smooth, silky powder. This gentle processing helps preserve the tea’s fresh aroma and clean, vibrant flavour characteristic of premium matcha.

It can be prepared in the style of a Japanese tea ceremony or used as an ingredient in recipes such as smoothies, desserts, or baked goods.

Net weight: 50 g

Preparation (ceremonial style): Place 2–3 bamboo scoops of matcha into a matcha bowl (matchawan). Add 150–180 ml of water at 75–80°C and whisk with a bamboo whisk (chasen) until a smooth, bright green foam appears.
