Yunnan Mao Jian Green Tea (Spring 2025) – Ceremonial Grade
The earliest-harvested green tea of the year.

A fresh, aromatic green tea from high-mountain plantations on Wu Liang Shan (1,670 m above sea level) in Yunnan Province. The dry leaf is dark green, even, and twisted, with a noticeable amount of silvery tips.

The aroma of the dry leaves is fresh with a fruity note. The infusion is a clear yellow-green with a vibrant, refreshing taste that combines fruity tones and the floral note of chestnut blossoms. With each infusion, the tea develops a pleasant sweetness and a distinguished fruity character.
