Liu Bao Black Tea (Hei Cha) – Dark Tea Brick from Guangxi

Liu Bao is a traditional dark tea (Hei Cha) originating from the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region in China. This tea is tightly compressed into a 250 g brick, made from mature, carefully processed tea leaves.

Liu Bao is known for its warm, earthy character and deep, rounded flavor. The infusion is dark and rich, with notes of wood, earth, and subtle sweetness typical of well-aged dark teas. It is often associated with comforting, warming qualities and is appreciated for its smooth, grounded taste.

Net weight: 25–100 g

Brewing: Use 5–6 g of tea per 100 ml of water at 90–100°C. Can be infused 6–7 times.

Best brewed in: clay teapot dedicated to dark teas or a gaiwan.
